Located on the shores of Lac des Trois-Lacs, this Swiss-style chalet in Val-des-Sources is a place conducive to relaxation and entertainment surrounded by your friends or family. With its land located on the water's edge, this chalet is the perfect place to practice your nautical activities and fishing. You will have the chance to catch walleye, yellow perch and bass. Discover the lake with the 6 kayaks provided or with your own boats and let yourself be lulled by the sparkling waves of the lake.

Set on 50,000 square feet of land, you'll have the privacy to unwind at the end of a long day of adventures in the private 4-season spa. The huge balcony is also ideal for sipping your morning coffee or your evening aperitif while contemplating the beauty of the surrounding nature. Take advantage of the outdoor fireplace to roast marshmallows and prolong the discussions under the stars with your family or friends.

The region is full of activities, which will allow you to fully enjoy nature. In addition to nautical activities and fishing, hiking, swimming (beach) and cycling (bike and mountain paths) are all activities that will allow you to recharge your batteries. Go hit a few balls at the Royal Estrie Golf Course which is a few minutes drive from the chalet. Moreover, in winter, the golf course is converted into cross-country ski trails and snowshoe trails. Go skiing and sliding at Mount Gleason which is only a 25 minute drive away. Ice fishing is also a very popular activity at Trois-Lacs. Snowmobile and ATV trails are also nearby.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

This charming chalet, tastefully decorated, can accommodate up to 12 people. The open-plan ground floor includes an equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious dishes that you can enjoy in the adjacent dining room, while admiring the beauty of the surrounding landscape. You will be charmed by the abundance of windows in the spacious living area. Upstairs, discover a bathroom and two cozy bedrooms. In the basement, there is a bathroom, another bedroom and a games room where you can prolong the evening with a few games of table football or ping-pong. The basement games room is the perfect place for a movie night or to organize a sports evening surrounded by your loved ones.
