Price :

• $150/night in double occupancy (2 people)
• $35/night per additional person (6 years and older)
• $1000/week in double occupancy + $35/night per additional person (6 years and older).
• Price to be discussed for one month rental
• Minimum rental for 2 nights
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Possibility to accommodate 6 people
• Check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 10:00am. Early check-in or late check-out can be discussed if there are no other bookings.

Rental conditions:

• To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit will be required for your stay. The remainder is payable upon delivery of the key.
• The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel regardless of the deadline and the reason for cancellation. But it can be postponed to a later date.
• A security deposit of $400 will be required at the time of booking for all new tenants and will be refunded within 24/48 hours if the chalet's "Rules of Life" have been respected (for breakages, theft, loss of key, cigarettes, etc.).
• Payment is made by cash, bank transfer or Interac transfer.
• No pets allowed
• Access to WIFI and Netflix
• Smoking, vaping or drug use is strictly prohibited inside the chalet.

• 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs)
• 1 Queen bed in the master bedroom
• 2 double beds in the 2 other bedrooms

• Bedding (sheets, pillow, duvet)

• Electric fireplace in living room and master bedroom

Rules of life:

• Dishes should be washed and packed before you leave.
• A general cleaning will have to be done (picking up)
• Return the chalet as you received it upon arrival
• Garbage is on Monday and recycling is on Thursday, put the bin on the side of the road
• The washing of lingerie and bedding will be done by the owner
• Fires on the beach are permitted according to open fire regulations. Do not return half-burned wood to the chalet grounds.
• Smoking, vaping or drug use is strictly prohibited inside the chalet.

If you are arriving from east to west, once you have crossed the Trinité River bridge, take the first street on your left. Continue on Poulin Street until you reach 115, which will be on your left on the sea side. If the road turns into gravel, you have gone straight ahead.
