Located in Val-Alain in Lotbinière, on the edge of the Bois-Francs and 40 minutes from the Quebec bridges. Country house with fireplace sleeping 17 peoples

A beautiful small river is located a few steps from the house. There are also 8 km of trails where it is possible to perform there; off-trail walking, snowshoeing or cross-country skiing.

The house includes an exterior layout: chairs, fireplace and spa. A large gazebo in summer with outdoor furniture.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INTERIOR HOUSE 1

You will discover a place with the rustic decor of a country house.

BASEMENT: bathroom with shower and washer/dryer/second refrigerator/wardrobe with small table and indoor folding chair/storage space and clothes dryer.

room 1: 2 Queen beds 

room 2: 1 queen bed

room 3: 3 queen bed 

GROUND FLOOR: 1 bedroom with 1 king bed/kitchen/dining room/living room with wood fireplace/bathroom with shower. (You must bring your wood or reserve it by email, we can take care of it for you.)

SECOND FLOOR: 1 sofa bed in the open area (mezzanine)/soccer table and hunting arcade game/1 bedroom with Queen bed/library with books and games. ​
