A 25% +tx deposit is required for reservation. Fund transfer, checks (received within 10 business days) and credit cards accepted.
Balance is due at arrival. We accept certified checks, postal check, credit card or cash.
Cancelation policy
If cancelation is less than 30 days before the start of the stay, the deposit won't be reimbursed.
Unless that there is an government directive that prohibits the cottages location in itself, a cancelation du to a Covid case or for any other reason or any other restrictions linked to Civid, won't be admissible for a deposit reimbursement if such a cancellation is done within 30 days of the start of the stay.
