In a wooded environment on the southern slope of Lac-Etchemin, Les Lucarnes du Versant is a haven of peace surrounded by nature. A good wood fire in the fireplace warms the cathedral-roofed living room and the mezzanine, which have lots of windows. The dining room open to the living room gives ample space to share a good meal together. During the summer, the outdoor furniture allows you to sit comfortably on the large gallery on two sides and the balcony accessible from the mezzanine. The 6-seat spa at the foot of the gallery provides relaxation guaranteed in a forest setting, summer and winter.
The chalet has four bedrooms on two floors and a sleeping area on the mezzanine. A bathroom with bath and shower is located upstairs, another with shower in the basement. The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the dining room.
A short walk downhill on the property leads to the shores of Lake Etchemin. In summer, a canoe, 2 paddle board and kayaks are just waiting to be launched. The pebble beach is suitable for swimming and the rocky point next to it is the ideal place to admire the lake. In winter, the terrain invites snowshoeing and sliding.
A host of sports activities are practiced nearby. Several hiking trails await hikers. Cycling enthusiasts will enjoy exploring the surrounding rows. The ski slopes and cross-country ski trails of Mont Orignal are about ten minutes by car. In short, there is something for everyone!

To book make sure you have your credit card number. A first payment of 50% will be charged on your credit card at booking. A second payment of 50% will be blocked 3 days before your arrival and taken on the day of arrival.
/OR/ A booking within 14 days of the date of occupation is considered last minute, the stay is payable in a single payment or 100 % of the total amount at time of booking .In addition, a $ 500 security deposit for a group of less than 10 people and $ 1000 for a group of 10 people and over or if the maximum capacity of the cottage is 14 persons and over will be blocked 3 days before your arrival on your credit card. This security deposit will be unblocked 4 days after departure if the cottage has been left in good condition.
