Welcome to the ULTIMA ECO House!! This home with its warm and timeless character is in fact a unique construction concept in Quebec due to its many environmental features. Designed in the chalet-loft style, it is the result of a long approach to eco-responsible housing. We invite you to come and admire the sunset over the St. Lawrence River and the Charlevoix mountains, comfortably seated by the fireplace.

Traveler access Travelers will have access to ground floor and upstairs accommodation. Self-check-in is preferred and is possible with a key box located to the right of the main entrance staircase. The laundry room on the garden level/basement is a space shared with the tenants of the 2nd apartment. The outdoor spaces are accessible, namely the courtyard and the permacultural landscaping. The wild grassy wasteland located to the north is rather difficult to access but is magnificent to contemplate from the veranda or the canopy ;-)

The rental fee for the ULTIMA ECO Loft is $195 per night (on week) and $ 265 (week-end) and the cleaning fee is $120. The minimum rental period is two nights for weekends.

Please note that the arrival time is from 3:00 pm and the departure time is 11:00 am. We do not accept pets and smoking is strictly prohibited in the accommodation. We thank you for respecting these rules to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests and futurs visitors.
The rate will be reduced by 15% for a full week reservation (7 consecutive nights) and 25% for a full month reservation (30 consecutive nights).
