**Booking and Cancellation Policy**

Booking conditions

• **Reservation :**

-All reservations must be confirmed by the customer either by telephone or by email.

-To secure a reservation, a deposit may be required, depending on the terms of the reservation.

• **Payment :**

- Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the rate conditions.

- Final payment will be made a maximum of 3 weeks before the start of the stay, unless otherwise indicated.

• **Cancellation Policy:**

- Cancellations must be communicated by email. If the request is communicated by telephone, we must receive an email confirming your cancellation request.

- To avoid cancellation fees and loss of deposit, cancellations must be made within the time frame specified when booking.

- Cancellation fees are applicable according to the following deadlines:

• Cancellation less than two weeks before the start of the reservation: Non-refundable
• Cancellation between 14 days and 1 month before the arrival date: 50% of the total amount of the stay non-refundable.
• Cancellation more than one month before the start of the reservation: Deposit refundable with an administrative fee of $150 taken from the deposit.

• **Reservation Changes:**

- Reservation changes are subject to availability and may be subject to additional charges.

- Changes must be communicated to the owner as soon as possible. For each change, an administrative fee of $150 will be required.

• **Arrival and Departure:**

- Arrival and departure times are specified when booking.

- Early arrivals and late departures can be accommodated based on availability and may be subject to additional charges.

• **Force Majeure:**

- In case of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, such as natural disasters, pandemics, significant damage affecting the reservation, etc., the owner reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations without notice.

• **Refunds:**

- Refunds will be made according to the cancellation conditions specified above.

- In case of refund, an administrative fee may be deducted from the refunded amount. This booking and cancellation policy is subject to change without notice. Customers must be informed in the event of any subsequent changes in a transparent manner to this policy. 

• **Acceptance of booking conditions**

By making the first payment or deposit for your reservation, you are deemed to have accepted the terms of this Rental Agreement.
