The village of Frampton and surrounding area in Beauce, Quebec have plenty of things to offer to those who are thirsty of outdoor activities, who want to visit cultural and natural sites, or who simply want to take advantage of the festivals of the region.
To accommodate you, Renaud proposes you to discover this wonderful little piece of nature not far from the Miller zoo, amicrobrewery, a fish farm, a bike path and a snowmobile trail. The cottage can accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 children and is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. A TV, DVD reader and free wi-fi are offered. In addition, a welcom basket consisting of regional or homemade products and fresh eggs are served to you for the first morning. Children under 12 years are accepted free of charge if they use the double bed or the sofa bed. We also offer free bikes and snowshoes to use in our different trails nearby.
Everything invites you to calm and relaxation. The place is covered with beautiful mature and varied vegetation. You will be able to make a little rowboat ride on the pond or relax to its surroundings or, if you feel like it, enjoy a beautiful starry night to keep warm around a good campfire! Two bikes and snowshoes rental is free of charge.

1. Reservation - 2 nights minimum - a 10% deposit, subject to reimbursement, will be requested as a guarantee. To receive a full refund, the cancellation must take place 7 days prior to the check-in day. If you cancel 3 days before the check-in day, 50% of your amont will be taken. If you cancel less than 3 days before the check-in day, the total amount will be taken.
2. Reduced rate for 6 nights or more: a 10% deposit, subject to reimbursement, will be requested as a guarantee. Your credit card will be billed in full at your check-in. In case of no-show, a fee of 25% will be retained on your card.
Rules of the House
IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO SMOKE. If you wish to smoke outside, he is asked to bring an ashtray and crushed the cigarette butts after you have properly extinguished them. The house is equipped with a fire extinguisher that is located in the cupboard to the left of the pantry. A smoke detector is also installed in the open area.
Please, by respect of the owner and of the neighbours, avoid noise disturbing. The household is included in the price, however, we ask the tenant to return the dwelling in a state of cleanliness the most appropriate possible. The tenant shall be liable for all loss or damage, in the event of a fault or lack on inventory. We thank you for taking care of this apartment as if it was yours!
Note : The breakfast is not included. However, we offer a welcome basket, FREE of charge, the first morning. It consists mainly of regional or homemade products such as morning fresh eggs, homemade bread, spreads, juice, tea, coffee (the offers may vary). The apartment has all the necessary items to prepare your meals. If you are missing something, please feel free to ask us. We will do everything we can to meet your needs.
A guide to good restaurants as well as to recreational activities in close proximity is also at your disposal in the apartment to enhance your stay.
