Nestled in the heart of Mount Adstock, this charming chalet offers a warm and comfortable refuge just 5 minutes' walk from the ski slopes and a golf course. Surrounded by nature, this chalet is the ideal place for mountain and winter sports lovers.

***PROMOTION***: You get two free accesses per day for golf ⛳️ when you rent or 4 free accesses per day for skiing (2 adults/2 children).
The privileged location of this cottage allows you to fully enjoy outdoor activities: mountain biking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, snowmobiling/ATV as well as golf. Please note that with any reservation, you will be entitled to a golf pass for 2 adults during the summer period. While in winter you will be entitled to a pass for 2 adults and 2 children for alpine skiing. The mountain offers rental of various winter sports equipment as needed. Home - Mont Adstock

Our rates may vary if the maximum capacity is not respected. The maximum capacity must be respected at all times, inside and outside. Therefore, all persons arriving at the chalet must be indicated in the contract. Our rates may also vary from one season to another and are subject to change without notice. In high season, our rates are higher.
REGULATIONS:
Parties are prohibited. Family evenings or evenings with friends are accepted, as long as the evening remains controlled and the outdoor curfew of 11 p.m. is respected.
Smoking is prohibited in the chalet (tobacco, vaping, cigars, cannabis, etc.). This establishment is officially rented non-smoking.
No drugs are tolerated inside or outside the chalet, under penalty of expulsion.
Fireworks are not permitted.
Outdoor campfires are permitted in the designated area, except in the event of a government ban (provincial forest fire risk).
Upon arrival at the premises, guests must report any equipment defects or breakages within 24 hours of arrival. This procedure will allow us to quickly repair faulty equipment to improve the quality of your stay, while removing your potential liability for breakages.
Travelers agree to respect the rented premises and to return them in the same condition as upon arrival. Furniture and objects available to travelers must be treated with care and used only for the purpose for which they are intended.
Amounts due:
BANK TRANSFER: At the time of booking, 50% of the total amount will be required. The 2nd payment of 50% as well as the security deposit will be required 3 days before your arrival.
CREDIT: At the time of booking, 50% of the total amount will be required. The 2nd payment of 50% plus the security deposit will be blocked 3 days before arrival and taken on the day of your arrival.

100% refundable 15 days before arrival
50% refundable 7 days before arrival
Non-refundable less than 7 days before arrival
Taxes not included (TPS, TVQ, lodging tax = 18.475%)
Cleaning fee : $100/stay
Security deposit : $500 including $50 if ski passes are not returned upon departure.
(Amount which will be refunded within 72 hours of your departure, except in the event of breakage, non-delivery of ski passes or non-compliance with regulations).
