It can accommodate up to twelve people.
Ground floor:
Living room with 50-inch television; Fully equipped kitchen with island; Bedroom with a queen-size bed; Bathroom with shower and washer/dryer; Cloakroom with seats and wardrobe Indoor fireplace. Upstairs:
Five bedrooms with queen-size beds. Bathroom with bath and shower. Outdoors:
Outdoor fireplace for the summer season; BBQ (May to October); Large grassy area. Bedding and one towel per person are provided.
One dog per rental is accepted. An additional $50 fee applies.
Spring break and holiday stay: high season price ** Additional $50 for statutory holidays
It is not possible to start or end a stay on Saturday.
From July 16 to August 20, rental of 7 nights minimum
20% of the cost of the rental is required when booking and the rest of the balance of the rental is payable thirty (30) days preceding the date of the beginning of the stay.
Cancelation :
If the cancellation notice is received more than thirty (30) days before the start date of the stay, the 20% deposit will be retained. If payment was made by check, post-dated checks for the balance on the rental will be returned.
No refund possible if the cancellation is made less than thirty (30) days prior to the date of the stay.
