October 16 to June 21 (except school break and holiday season):

3 nights: $1000 (weekend: $1150)
4 nights: $1200 (weekend: $1350)
5 nights: $1400 (weekend: $1550)
6 nights: $1650
7 nights: $1800

High season pricing
June 21 to October 15:

2 nights: $1000 (weekend: $1100)
3 nights: $1250 (weekend: $1300)
4 nights: $1500 (weekend: $1600)
5 nights: $1750 (weekend: $1850)
6 nights: $2000
7 nights: $2250

Taxes not included

• Spring break and holiday stay: high season price

It is not possible to start or end a stay on Saturday.

From July 16 to August 20, rental of 7 nights minimum

20% of the cost of the rental is required when booking and the rest of the balance of the rental is payable thirty (30) days preceding the date of the beginning of the stay.

Cancelation :

If the cancellation notice is received more than thirty (30) days before the start date of the stay, the 20% deposit will be retained. If payment was made by check, post-dated checks for the balance on the rental will be returned.

No refund possible if the cancellation is made less than thirty (30) days prior to the date of the stay.
