From July 16th to August 21st, a minimum stay of 6 nights
20% of the cost of the rental is required at the time of booking and the remaining balance of the rental is payable thirty (30) days before the start of the stay.
Cancellation Policy:
If the notice of cancellation is received more than thirty (30) days before the date of the beginning of the stay, the deposit of 20% will be retained. If payment has been made by check, the post-dated checks of the balance on the rental will be returned.
No refund is possible if cancellation occurs less than thirty (30) days before the date of the stay.
