Prices are for 6 people. An additional rate of $25/night/person is charged.
One animal is accepted. A fee of $75 is required per stay.
Cleaning fees vary from $150/6 people to $175/8 people and $200/10 People. For less than 7 peolples, if you are using the baseman bedroom, 50$ are added to pay the cleaner team.
A 25% deposit is required when booking. It is refundable for cancellation 30 days before the arrival date. The balance of the reservation is charged 30 days before the date of stay.
A security deposit is also charged 2 weeks before the date of stay. **A security deposit of $500 is required for all reservations and will be refundable after inspection if no damage is noted upon departure.
The minimum age for rental is 25 years old. Minimum of 2 nights for reservation.
Outings at the end of the stay: 11:00 a.m. and arrivals: 3:00 p.m.
