Charming little 700 sq. ft. house nestled on a south-facing mountainside, bathed in sunshine all day long. Breathtaking views of the river and its boats, the mountains, the tip of Île au Coudre and even the Charlevoix train. As an added bonus, magnificent sunrises and sunsets.
Backed by a small pine forest where deer come to browse. A large terrace is available for summer meals.
The front of the house is a large enough plateau to enjoy a campfire.
Many activities are available nearby, including hikes with breathtaking views such as the sentier des caps, the parc des hautes gorges and the parc des grands jardins. Mountain biking and skiing at Le Massif, not to mention dogsledding in winter.
The kitchen is fully equipped. There's a closed bedroom on the ground floor and another on the mezzanine. A bathroom with everything you need and a large living/dining room.
The location is perfect, with all the necessary grocery stores and local restaurants in the village of Baie-St-Paul, 3km from the chalet. This is a very touristy and artistic village.
