Completely renovated, it has all the qualities to make you spend pleasant moments with friends or family.
From the terrace, you will see the lake, located across the street, where you can practice many activities throughout the year. At the back of the chalet you will find a channel that leads to the lake. This lake is navigable and has a boat descent to the municipal park if you have your own boat. A municipal tennis court is just a 5-minute walk away. Whether by road or wood, it is also a paradise for walkers. For golf lovers, the Golf Royal Estrie course is 10 minutes from the chalet.

All services including a hospital, food market, SAQ, restaurants, micro-brewery, shopping center, convenience stores, etc. are available only a few minutes by car.
