A second, perfectly appointed living room will prove to be the ideal den for teenagers on vacation, when they're not busy soaking up the sun and enjoying the pleasures of swimming near the dock.

The three-bedroom, five-bed house can accommodate several guests.

The interior also reveals two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with freestanding bathtub and shower, ensuring absolute comfort.

Room layout by floor:

First floor: main entrance with checkroom, kitchen, dining room, and living room with smart TV and wood-burning fireplace. There's also a master bedroom with a queen-size bed and a full bathroom with bath and shower. The dining room leads to a spa exit.

First floor: mezzanine bedroom with a double bed and a queen-size bed (no door).

Garden level: bathroom with shower and laundry room, bedroom with Double and Queen beds, and a second living room with sofa bed.
