Taxes extra

Minimum rental of 3 nights during high season.  Promotions, when in effect, are not applicable for a stay of less than 7 nights.  Sales tax and lodging tax are extra. A deposit of $500 will be required. You can confirm your reservation by paying 10% of your staying fees (25% for less than 7 nights).  Upon request, you can get a quotation.

Your deposit will be refunded by Interac e-Transfer after your stay within 48 hours if no breakage, theft or other situation that may result in fees is collected by the housekeeping service.

Payment : Send your payments by Interac e-Transfer to the email address: havredesbasques@gmail.com.  (NB No question nor password will be required.  Your transfer will be done automaticaly.)  You will receive a booking confirmation by email.  A delay of 48 hours may be required for our email reply.

Cancellation Policy:

a) more than 14 days before your arrival: possibility to change your rental dates free of charge or refund of 80% of your initial deposit.

b) less than 14 days prior to your arrival: your deposit becomes non-refundable.

Arrival/Departure: Arrival time is at 4:00 pm and you must leave at 11h00 at the end of your stay.
