Beautiful 4-season tourist residence, located on the shores of Lake Témiscouata in Notre-Dame-du-Lac and certified by the CITQ. It is a modern, vast, comfortable, well-equipped century-old house with all amenities and carefully decorated. We offer 4 bedrooms with queen beds, a large private living room with fireplace and sofa bed, a large dining room, a very well equipped kitchen adjoining a spacious terrace with lake views (including furniture and Bar-B-Q). It is an ideal place to meet peacefully with family or with a group of friends. If you have to combine vacation and work, the house has WIFI Internet service, a 43 inch flat screen TV with ILLICO and DVD and a docking station for radio-CD and Ipod. Bedding and towels are included. Large lot with 8 places at the front for parking.
The Témiscouata is a beautiful region to discover thanks to its majestic lake, its luxuriant nature, the landscapes and access to the lake. Several activities are offered. In summer, take advantage of the proximity of the house to access the beach, the marina and the Le Petit Témis cycle path (135 km). You can also easily get to Lac Témiscouata National Park (by bike or by car) by taking the Le Corégone ferry which has been in operation since 2014. In winter, you can snowshoe or cross-country ski along a path the lake, cross the lake on foot, go skating, snowmobiling, dog sledding in Lejeune. . Come and enjoy nature, take photos and relax in a beautiful place!
