Reservation terms
Deposit of 50% of the total reservation requested in order to confirm the reservation. The balance of payment including a security deposit of $250 must be received 30 days before arrival
100% of the amount is requested when booking less than 30 days before arrival
A security deposit is required and will be refunded within 7 days of departure. Normal wear and accidental breakage of low value will not be invoiced.
Cancellation conditions
Full refund of amounts paid for cancellations made at least 31 days before arrival.
If cancellation is made within 30 days of arrival, 50% of the total reservation amount is refunded up to 15 days before arrival; no refund after this period
