The whole group will feel at home in this warm and unique chalet. Chalet bordering Lake Saint-Mathieu located near the ski hill and the golf course. In summer, you can enjoy water activities as well as all the amenities at your disposal such as BBQ, sectional sofa and outdoor table to enjoy the exceptional view. In winter, you will be close to the Parc du Mont-Saint-Mathieu offering various winter activities including skiing. Near the snowmobile trails.
You will be able to enjoy different relaxation areas thanks to the outdoor layout, including a relaxation patio section with a superb view and a section sheltered from the elements located on the garden level. You will benefit from very large windows to appreciate the view of the lake and the sunrises. In winter, you can warm up with the propane fireplace located on the ground floor. For young families, you have safety barriers for access to the stairs.
50% deposit due upon booking. The balance of payment plus a $300 security deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival. The security deposit is refundable 7 days after departure. 100% deposit of the reservation when booking less than 30 days prior to arrival.
Full refund more than 60 days before arrival and 50% refund 30 days before the start of the stay.
