The Le Riverain cottage is a recent construction that offers all the amenities of a home. Located directly on the shores of Lake Saint-Mathieu-de-Rioux in the beautiful region of Bas Saint-Laurent, this cottage will seduce you with its incredible view accessible from inside and out, its comfort and tranquility ensured by its large lot and the vegetation that surrounds it. Guests can enjoy private access to the lake. Indeed, Le Riverain offers its private dock and swimming area as well as kayaks. Your comfort being a priority for us, we have fully equipped it in new. Our chalet offers all the facilities for a successful holiday with family or friends and without hassle. You want to come in couples? Each floor has a bedroom, living room or boudoir and its own bathroom for more privacy. In the basement, relax in front of a fire.

Do you like to cook? We thought of you. Langostina Professional cookware set, espresso machine,  fondue pot, slow cooker, waffle iron, round or square assorted dishes Several varieties of cuts (wine, champagne, Martini, ...) are at your disposal. For lovers of good coffee, an automatic espresso machine is at your disposal.

In winter, several activities are offered at Mont St-Mathieu such as skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing or cross-country skiing. You can also choose to practice different off-piste sports. You can also skate on the lake or at the village ice rink. You can also easily practice off-road snowmobiling or on federated snowmobile trails.

In the summer, enjoy your private access to the lake for swimming or practice various water sports. Do you like boating or jet skiing? The lake is navigable and has a boat trip. If you want, you can enjoy the dock to tie your boat. We offer two kayaks purchased in 2017. Hiking, mountain biking, windsurfing, golf, tennis, giant trampoline, heated outdoor pool are many other activities available to you with or without fees, all at less than 5 minutes.

In spring and autumn, come and relax in a peaceful environment.

At any time, it is also possible, with advance reservation, to take advantage of the services of a massotherapist and enjoy a message at home.

We are located less than 15 minutes from Trois-Pistoles, about 25 minutes from the Bic and about 45 minutes from Rimouski and Rivière-du-Loup.

We have a certificate from the Quebec Tourism Industry Corporation (CITQ) as a tourist residence.
