Come escape from city life in this pretty family chalet which will give you the tranquility you are looking for. You can relax there by the fire during a beautiful summer evening or inside on a cold winter evening. Our chalet is located in the heart of the magnificent tourist region of Bas St-Laurent, directly on the shore of Lake St-Mathieu.
Its large welcoming terrace with a breathtaking view of the lake is ideal for good meals with friends or family or simply for relaxation. The chalet is fully equipped and can accommodate up to 8 people. It has a large, intimate landscaped plot and a dock giving you access to the lake.
During the summer season, 2 kayaks and a paddle board are available on site as well as life jackets. The chalet is also close to all services and many activities: swimming, outdoor fireplace, golf, cycle path, mountain biking, hiking, etc. You can also bring your own motorized boats such as boat or seadoo. The municipality of St-Mathieu gives you access to the municipal dock for launching for a washing and lowering fee. You can then dock your boats directly at the chalet where a dock is at your disposal and thus have your equipment nearby.
Our chalet is also available during the winter. Located a few steps from the federated snowmobile trail, you can bring your snowmobiles and go hiking directly from the chalet. You will also find a few minutes from the chalet, the Parc du Mont St-Mathieu ski resort where you can practice different winter sports such as alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, tubing or simply for enjoy the après-ski. There are also sleds available at the chalet to entertain your children.
The chalet is ideal for experiencing magnificent memories of family or friends. You will be charmed by the place and everything is in place to offer you a pleasant stay.
Only dogs are allowed because the owner is allergic to cats.
An extra 10$ per day is required per dog.
The reservation requires a deposit of 25% of the total amount and the other 75% will be required 1 month before the rental date
Payment can be made via interac transfer to the email address ayottelafrance@hotmail.com. A check can be sent by mail with the agreement of the owner. Cash is not recommended especially by post, a bank transfer by institution will be preferred.
