In winter, enjoy the Bic National Park (right next door) for hiking, cross-country skiing or snowshoeing. Less than 25 minutes away is the Mont-Saint-Mathieu Park, a beautiful alpine ski mountain.
In summer, enjoy the bay of Saint-Fabien for paddle boarding, kayaking or swimming. For cycling and hiking enthusiasts, join the La Coulée à Blanchette trail in Parc du Bic just a 5-minute walk from the chalet.
The cottage has two beautiful bright bedrooms with queen beds as well as a glass mezzanine with a queen sofa bed overlooking the St. Lawrence. The telework space includes a screen, a keyboard, a mouse pad for charging cell phones, a telescopic desk for working standing up as well as a 250 MB internet connection that will make your '9 to 5' much more enjoyable. You can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen including a Nespresso coffee maker, a bbq, an outdoor fireplace area, Adirondack chairs, 2 picnic tables and private access to the beach. For cooler days, you can enjoy a propane stove as well as a fondue and raclette set.
The green route is accessible less than a kilometer from the chalet, from the La Coulée trail. Cycling is one of the most popular and enjoyable activities to do in the lower Saint-Laurent region.

***THE PRICE IS FOR MAXIMUM 4 Adults. If more than 4 adults, an extra $50 is requested for the use of the sofa bed. This additional $50 will be added to the total bill or withheld from the security deposit.
*To the rental price is added the standard sales taxes (TPS/TVQ), 3.5% accommodation tax as well as a $125 cleaning fee. /stay.
The security deposit of $250 is required as a security deposit for breakages and damages. This deposit will be returned if everything is in order upon the Tenant's departure. In the event of a minor breakage, an amount equivalent to the value of the breakage or damage will be charged if necessary. Cancellation 30 days or more before the start of the stay: Full refund.
Cancellation between 15 and 30 days before the start of the stay: the deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is retained by the Lessor.
Cancellation less than 14 days before the start of the stay: The total rental amount is retained by the Landlord and the security deposit is returned to the Tenant.
