A 4 season chalet with a unique interior design with a breathtaking view of the river! Comfortable and modern with intimate grounds. All the charm of the Kamouraska region is at your disposal. The two bedrooms are upstairs, each with a comfortable queen bed. One of the two bedrooms has a view of the river. A full bathroom on the ground floor and a powder room upstairs are available. You also have access to high speed internet and cable TV.
The chalet has a very large back lot with lots of privacy. You also have access to the river directly in front of the chalet. Swimming is possible and a large sandy beach is nearby (9 km away, Camp Canawish, chemin de la 5e Grève, Rivière-Ouelle).
For families with young children, a portable bath, a booster seat and some toys are available.
SUMMER: You have access to the river with a small plot on the edge. You can enjoy the swing, benches and garden tables as well as a terrace and chairs near the beach. All the charm of the village is at your disposal. Long hikes or bike rides are to be expected. A few minutes away, you can go to the village of Kamouraska where you will find all a variety of regional products. But what a joy to admire the sunsets which are renewed every day. AUTUMN: Wonderful landscapes, the mountains of Charlevoix are colorful as desired and white geese are passing by. This small village on the edge of the river will allow you to take long walks or cycle safely on a small country road while listening to the waves nearby.
WINTER: Come and enjoy the cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails just minutes from the chalet. Children will be delighted by a hectic slide on tubes at the outdoor base of the village. The view of the river is magnificent with the ice that traps it. The antique wood stove will keep you warm!
SPRING: The white geese are back, the trees start to bloom again and the small village of St-Denis becomes more and more animated. Spring has no shortage of attractions. The awakening of nature is spectacular, the huge ice creams melt visibly.
