Large country home located in a quiet farming village, close to Kamouraska (10 km) and the St-Lawrence river (1 km). You will be charmed by the large bedrooms and the details of the interior decoration. The kitchen is very well appointed, with dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. The patio looks on open fields and the mountains of the Kamouraska back-country. A large backyard allows kids and adults ample room for games of all sorts.

Rental rate is $1500 per week plus the Quebec Taxon lodging of 3.5%.

Rental includes full use of the house, garden, all bathroom and house towels, cookware, dishes, usual condiments and a full assortment of spices. However the guest must bring his own sheets and pilow cases, this to facilitate the turnaround and cleanup between locations.

Rentals are from Sunday to Sunday, with arrivals after 4 pm and departure BEFORE 12 am.

A non-refundable deposit of $200 will be required to secure the reservation, which can be done by mail, email or phone. The remainder of the fee and tax must be paid 7 days before rental start to get the code for the entrance door.
