Chalet located in the Lower St. Lawrence River in Rivière-Ouelle, on chemin de la Pointe (500 meters after RO campsite).
This is a great place to fill up with clean air and live a stay right in the backdrop! With a sun setting just across the shore and behind the Charlevoix mountains, geese that go through autumn and spring and small gray partridges that are not afraid of blowing snow.
There are two bedrooms: one double bed and two single beds (bunk beds). A sofa bed in the living room but the cottage is small. Number of people: 4.
The cottage is equipped with a wood stove, electric baseboards, stove, dishes, turntable, BBQ, outdoor fireplace, radio, 3 vintage bikes, croquet, Cards, 2 lawnmowers for shopping, no wi-fi, no TV, no microwave. The real life what!
There are miles of walking to do in solitude on the beach.Golf, biking, climbing, sea kayaking, hiking, boat trips, skiing, snowshoeing are accessible within a few km radius. There are cross-country trails drawn in all the villages around. It is also possible to make it from the chalet off-piste.
Since I have been in the cottage since this fall, I do not have a photo in the summer. The last ones were taken in May so there are not many leaves in the trees.
At the campsite of Rivière-Ouelle, at 500m, there is a heated swimming pool. Cost: $ 5 / adult and $ 3 / children. The entrance gives you access to all the activities of the campsite (mini putt, shuffle board, petanque, ping pong etc (http://www.campingriviereouelle.com/activites-libres-du-camping/).

A first payment of 50% is requested upon confirmation of this agreement (non-refundable if cancellation within 30 days prior to the rental - amount transferable until June 2018). In addition, a security deposit of $ 250 will also be requested and will be returned to you at the end of the rental period once confirmation is confirmed.
The balance of 50% will be paid 15 days before taking possession.
By transferring the first deposit, the tenant accepts all the conditions of the contract.
