One of the first houses in Bic, built in 1815, this house was positioned in such a way as to see the St. Lawrence River from Baie Hâtée located to the south with yet another view of the majestic River to the north. In this house, you can admire the sun rising and setting over the ocean.
In order to maintain the cachet of this old house, the inside of the home has been preserved in its original state. With its glass covered porch located to the south, you can admire the ocean while enjoying breakfast. The "Ancestral" can welcome up to 6 people, including all the necessities:
- electric stove
- electrical heating and water heater
- refrigerator (and freezer)
- bathroom including sink, shower, toilet, washer and dryer
- master bedroom on the ground floor with double bed and ensuite bathroom
- double bed and two single beds upstairs
- full bedding
- dishware, kitchen utensils and everything you need to cook
- picnic table
- outdoor seating
- outdoor fireplace
- firewood (surcharge of $8 per bundle)
- propane BBQ ($5 per day (minimum $15) Price includes a bottle of propane)
