Come and contemplate the most beautiful sunsets in the world! Kamouraska is without a doubt one of the most beautiful villages in Quebec. Whether for the outdoors, the resort, the landscapes, the art galleries, this small village is full of treasures.
Century-old house in the heart of the village, 5 min. walk from the wharf and the municipal beach. Steps away from shops, restaurants, museum, fishmongers and the famous Niemand bakery. 3 bedrooms (1 queen bed and 2 double beds), 2 bathrooms, washer-dryer, fully equipped kitchen.
A small shop is attached to the house. Parking could be shared. The store is open during the day from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The terrace which is included in the rental is located on the rue Massé side. The other terrace behind the house is reserved for the shop.
What's included: Bedding, bath towels (beach towels not included), cleaning products, coffee pot, maker, microwave, BBQ, parking. Wifi and cable.
Upon reservation, payment of half of the rental amount. Full payment requested by Interac transfer 30 days before your location date.
Cancellation policy : Full refund, in the event of cancellation by the tenant before 30 days from the rental start date. 50% retention in the event of cancellation by the tenant less than 30 days before the rental period. No refund will be given to the tenant in the event of cancellation less than 15 days before the rental period.
*For the months of July and August: Rental from Saturday 3 p.m. to Saturday 10 a.m.
