New water front cottage on incredible lake Kipawa.
Near the very small village of Laniel Quebec at the most 5 hours from Toronto and Ottawa and only one hour from North Bay Ontario.
Our cottages are comfortably equipped for 6 persons with two bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Private dock in front of each cottage. Canoe, kayak and paddle boat rental for one or more days available on site. Motor boat also available for rent on site (need to have boating card for motor boat rental) Full fishing also available if wanted. Cell service good in most area in and around cottage and very good cell service on the lake. Close to Québec newness provincial park Opémican (5 km) where many hiking trail, biking trail and the most unforgettable grand chute on the Kipawa river.
