Regular rate: Weekdays $ 179.00 per night, Friday Saturday and the eve of a holiday $ 259.00 per night + $ 139.00 cleaning fee
Holiday season: $ 259.00 per night + $ 139.00 cleaning fee
Summer season (June 22 to September 3, 2023 inclusively): Weekdays $ 359.00 per night, Friday Saturday and the eve of a holiday $399.00 + $ 125.00 cleanins fee
No minimum number of nights. The first night starts at 5:00 p.m. and the last ends at 1:00 p.m. the next day. Sales taxes, lodging tax and cleaning fees are included in the displayed rates.
Payments: Minimum 50% of the amount payable when booking and the balance payable 2 weeks before the date of arrival. We accept interac e-mail transfers, checks and credit cards through the paypal app.
Cancellation policy and management fees: Full refund up to 2 weeks before the booked date (except applicable management fees). No refund within 2 weeks notice. A management fee of $ 75 plus taxes will be required for requests for modifications or cancellations with more than 2 weeks notice on a reservation already made.
