Large and newly renovated cottage on beautiful lake offers the perfect retreat.  Its large windows offer enchanting views of the lake, while the beautiful open concept interior instantly makes you feel at home.  Only a 2-hour drive from Montreal and 45 minutes to Tremblant.

Available for rental of 30 days or more - month - season - year. 

Summer and winter, it is the ideal place to relax, enjoy the pleasures of nature and the lake, and certainly, the breathtaking beauty offered by the spectacle of colors in fall.

The lake is crystal clear and perfect for swimming, fishing (trout) and water sports. It has two kayaks and a canoe to allow you to enjoy the lake. An outdoor fireplace provides an ideal place to relax at the end of the day and stargaze.

Step outside onto the wrap-around deck featuring a screened gazebo, perfect for outdoor dining.  A suspended ceiling heater is provided for cooler days. Two steps outside and you have access to the spa in which you can relax and enjoy the magnificent scenery.

Directly behind the cottage is the Papineau-Labelle wildlife reserve with rich and diverse vegetation offering ideal conditions for wildlife observation. It is home to white-tailed deer, moose, and a large variety of birds.

Only 15 minutes drive from La Minerve village - offering a supermarket, mini SAQ, gas station etc. and where you have direct access to the ATV trails.
