This brand new cottage for rent is located 15 minutes from the Parc Régional de la Forêt Ouareau, allowing you to fully enjoy the region's outdoor activities, in all seasons.
Whether you want to relax in the private spa, explore the surrounding hiking trails, or simply enjoy the calmness of nature, the cottage for rent "Le Karmel" meets all these needs.
Shared access to Lac Patrick awaits you, where you can launch the two paddle boards available for your stay. Access to the lake is a 5-minute walk, via Rue des Tournesol, very close to the cottage. The lake is large and its water is clear. You can explore the banks of the lake without going to the same place twice!
While you are in Entrelacs, go visit the small village. You will find a little bit of everything to help you out and you can visit the covered bridge as well as the municipality's free parks and trails.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION:
Here, it is the ideal place for a getaway with family or friends, as the cottage offers an open and friendly living space. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare delicious meals, which can then be enjoyed either on the terrace as a group, or on the small balcony where you will also find the BBQ.
The cottage has the advantage of being located on two floors, each having their own living room. The one on the ground floor offers the pool table and television, while the one upstairs is open concept with the kitchen and dining room.
Ground floor: Living room with television, pool table and sofa bed / bedroom #1 with king bed / bedroom #2 with 2 bunk beds (4 single beds) / Bathroom with Italian shower. Floor: Kitchen, dining room and living room / bedroom #3 with king bed and walk-in closet / Bathroom with bath-shower / Laundry room.
Our prices may vary depending on the number of people. The maximum capacity must be respected at all times, indoors and outdoors, for dinner or bedtime. Therefore, all people arriving at the chalet must be indicated in the contract. Our prices may also vary from one season to the next and are subject to change without notice.

To reserve, make sure you have your credit card number on hand. The 1st payment of 50% of the total amount will be taken from your card upon booking. The 2nd payment of 50% will be blocked 3 days before your arrival and taken on the day of your arrival.
/OR/ A reservation less than 14 days from the occupancy date is considered last minute, the stay is payable in a single payment, i.e. 100% of the total amount, upon reservation.
In addition, a security deposit of $500 for a group of less than 10 people and $1000 for a group of more than 10 people or if the maximum capacity of the residence is more than 14 people will be blocked 3 days before your arrival. arrived on your credit card.
