Summary

Enjoy your holiday in a beautiful cottage on woody land with a view on a small lake. This enchanting place will offer the desired tranquility and privacy. The house is completely furnished and can comfortably accommodate 5 people. Upstairs, there is a full bathroom and the two closed bedrooms are intimate and each have their own balcony. There is a toilet on the ground floor as well. You will be able to use the Wi-Fi, wall air conditioning, electric fireplace, bedding, towels, dishes,Nespresso machine, washer & dryer, dishwasher, gas BBQ. ect. 

The location is perfect for various outdoors activities like hiking, canoeing, biking, tennis, skiing, snowshoeing, hockey and more. Hikers will be charmed by the magnificent views of the region. You will be able to access the Missisquoi park and the bike path La route verte which are located nearby. The walking path of the Rivière aux Cerises and the Memphremagog lake are a few kilometers away.

The cottage is 7 minutes away from Eastman and 15 minutes away from Magog. You will be able to find everything you need there: restaurants, grocery stores, gas, etc

The Lake Nick private beach is 700 meters away from the house, where you can do water activities like sailboard, passleboard, canoe, pedalo, kayak and swimming, etc. But, gas motors are prohibited since it is an ecological lake.

The house is located near ski centers: 20 minutes to Bromont or Sutton, 15 minutes to Owl's Head and 10 minutes to Orford.

You will have the possibility to indulge in a relaxation session at Spa des Chutes de Bolton or Spa Eastman, book tickets to the Cabaret Eastman shows, enjoy a play at the Eastman summer theater and much more.
