Domaine de l'île

Domaine de l'île offers a magnificent new residence located on the shores of Lac de la Héronnière, on a large 3.7-acre wooded lot with access to a private island.

The chalet, on three floors, has large windows and is equipped with a mezzanine, a fully equipped kitchen, beds with sheets and blankets as well as bathrooms with towels. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom and a gas fireplace. A large terrace with an exceptional view of the lake is equipped with a gas barbecue and patio sofas.

In summer, the ecological lake is swimmable from a private dock and navigable for any type of boat without a motor. Two kayaks, a canoe and a rowboat are available.

In the winter season, snowshoes are available for hiking on the lake. An ice rink is set up near the quay (maintenance depending on weather conditions). A 4-season outdoor fireplace and two functional indoor fireplaces (one gas and one wood). Wood is provided on site.

A living room with 86-inch TV, cable, high-speed Internet, Wii console, pool table, arcade machine, darts game and several board games are also offered.
